Hi everyone - I love that this site everyone seems so willing to give their feedback to one another. It's a great motivational site. I had a question on proteins. I seem to be a bit higher on these each day so far - not necessarily going over, but here and there yes. What happens when your body gets too much protein vs. things like too many calories, carbs or fat? Silly question??

    I would suggest searching the message boards (use the search feature right above the OP) for other links about protein. This has been discussed within the last week somewhere. My understanding is that it's not bad to go over on the MFP recommended protein, since they seem to set it kinda low. The exception being if you have a medical condition that makes low protein necessary, or if you are suceptable to kidney stones. Hope this helps! (I REALLY suggest searching the boards! There is LOTS of good info on them!)
