Stomach going south?!

I'm doing the Power 90 program and am currently on day 5. I'm having an issue with my stomach all of the sudden going south! What's this all about? The last time my stomach did this was right after having my baby. How do I correct this before it gets worse? I haven't gained or lost any weight lately. I've been at a stand still, but since I started my workouts, my stomach has changed shape. I'm overweight at 5'0" and 145lbs. 24 yours old. I just don't understand why my stomach would all of a sudden start hanging down the way it is after beginning to exercise. I did 45 days of power 90 last year and this problem did not occur. Help me please!!
