    I wake up at 5am and am at work by 6am and I drink my coffee then and anywhere between 7:30-8:30am is when I eat my breakfast. Actually been having green smoothies.

    Lunch is around 11am


    Snack is around 3pm


    Dinner is around 6pm.

    On work days it's at about 7:30 in the car.

    On weekends, it's shortly after I get up, which is usually around 9-9:30am.

    I make a thick protein smoothy with extra ice right before I leave for work so it's just perfect consistency when I get there. I tend to sleep as late as I can, this way I have a healthy breakfast to take to work.

    Im up anywhere between 5:45am and 7am but I usually eat breakfast at work... about 9am. I aim for lunch between 12p and 1p.

    On the weekends it varies depending on what time I wake up.

    Per my dietician you should eat breakfast within and hour of getting up. It's supposed to get your metabolisim going. I must admit I never eat breakfast within an hour. It's more like 2 or 3. I just can't eat that soon after getting up. During the work week I eat breakfast after I get to work usually about 8:30 (I get up at 5:30). Lunch on the other hand is at 1:00, so I have time around 11 for a snack. Weekends, breakfast is most likely going to be more of a brunch thing. I really am bad and don't remember to eat, so I may get 2 meals in those two days (which is what my dietician says causes my frequesnt plataues).

    I'm in the same situation as you during weekdays when I dont have time to eat breakfast at home so I just bring it to work for me to eat. Normally I'm not a morning person so I make some adjustments on weekdays. At work I eat between 7:30-8:30 am then have my lunch around 2-3pm and dinner at 10-11pm.

    When I'm at home, I normally eat breakfast 10:30-11am (except Sundays coz I'm pumping iron at the gym at that time)

    I get up at 6:00 to shower and afterward usually drink two glasses of water while I get ready for work. It's usually around 7:45 when I get to work and eat breakfast.

    I finish my workouts about 7am, drink some protien, shower, check email, then breakfast about 8:30.

    I don't know how some people skip breakfast, I would be ripping folks' heads off without it.
