Hi all, I am a complete newbie and wondering 1. how can I enter an insanity workout in the exercise tracker and 2. what do those who've done it think they've burned, calorie-wise?

put it as areobics or circuit training.
also without a heart rate monitor you wont know how many cals you burned.
I usually burned about 350cals when I did it.0 -
I'm not getting the whole calories burned thing...Some people say they only burn 350 ish and some say they burn around 700....My HRM says I burn near 675 ish on a good day, and around 370 ish or a little less on a recovery day.. How the heck do you know if your HRM is accurate? I burn about 100 cals every 10 mins running so I've been thinking 675 sounds pretty accurate considering im so much more exhausted when im done than when I go running, and the videos are around 55-60 mins when I burn that high. Does this sound right to you guys?0

Yeah, that's helpful. I'm gonna guess I did 300 or less today, I was being lazy because I have a cold. A heart rate monitor may be worth it if I intend on really keeping track of cals. have any suggestions on what to buy?0

I'd recommend a body bug myself.0

I use a Polar FT4. I usually burn about 350-400 calories per session. I burn alot less on Cardio Recovery Days.0
