Fell off the wagon

So I fell off the wagon... and I have been irritated about it, but I didn't change my snack eating ways. I had myself down to within 2 pounds of my goal weight back in September, but now I am sure I am atleast 8 pounds away. : ( Boo hiss.

The kicker is... I am getting married in 6 months and I really need to kick it into high gear!!! I want to look slammin on my honeymoon and to start the rest of my life with my new husband!

So here goes my quest to hop back on the wagon.... stay on... and reach my goal before my wedding!! I know what I need to do and that is to LOG everything that I eat. Then I become accountable for what I eat and that is when I stay within my calorie goal.

Mainly I just needed to write this for myself ,as my 'sign, sealed and delivered' motivational speech to myself to get it done!!

  • Sounds like you're back on track! Way to go! I'm sure you'll look great on your honeymoon (now there's motivation for you!)
