RAPIDfit workout

Has anyone had any experience with this workout? My trainer started me on it a couple of weeks ago. He only has me do 3 rounds per workout (as opposed to the recommended 6 rounds) because that's pretty much all I can handle at a time right now. I am doing the treadmill part at an 18% incline. I am losing weight and inches but hoping this workout will really kick me into losing closer to 2 lbs per week (currently I lose an average of 1-1.5 per week). Here's a link to info on the workout:
