CSIRO Diet?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone here uses the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet in conjunction with MFP? I've been reading up on it, have heard wonderful things about it and have seen people change their eating habits for the better because of it. It's really highly recommended as a balanced eating and lifestyle plan.

Just wondering if anyone has successfully used it alongside MFP - because it's an Australian produced program the entire thing is in kilojoules and operates in 500kj units. I really want to use it because while I'm eating under 1450 calories most days, it's not always a balanced diet (too many carbs, not enough veggies etc). But I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of having to constantly convert between kjs and calories...

Has anyone done it? :)

    No I have never heard of it, but I seriously thought the title read the Cisco diet and was intrigued.
