I had planned on cooking dinner then decided I wanted something else so the boyfriend is going to cook when he gets home. But he never measures anything. Its just burgers so It shouldnt be that bad but im still curious.
So what do YOU do/how do you log when someone else cooks?

I just take my best guess, and then add 20% of the calories I THINK are in it to the count. When someone else cooks I just err on the side of caution, or take just a little less for my portion.0

Are you weighing your food? I get my husband involved and he will humor me and weigh my food and then I go from there. If I didn't cook food at home then I guess at the calorie count.0

For me I just estimate some things. I don't want to get so anal about it that I get burned out. I measure most things but seasonings like that aren't going to add up to much unless you're really concerned about sodium.0
