    I find that eating well, balanced meals with protein, good fats, and good carbs reduces the cravings for sugar. I'm also a fan of the Trader Joes nut/dried fruit packets, especially in the afternoon. Again, it satisfies my afternoon craving and it's healthy. I would also recommend herbal or green tea. Sipping a large mug of hot tea is a great distraction from sweets!
