How does MFP decide on these %s? Or do they give everyone the same.
It sets me at:
55% Carbs
15% Protein
30% Fat
So far I am doing well with my weight loss. I am always looking for new things focus on. So I am wondering if these are good goals, or if you have an opinion or a place to go to find information on the topic.

They start off the same for everyone, and a lot of people stick with those defaults I would guess, mostly because its not clear they can be changed or what to change them to. I think it's the american dietetic association? recommendation for the avg person. I have the protein much higher personally. The avg is something like 1/3 gram of protein per pound of body weight, but if you are building muscle that needs to be double that.0
