Just a question for all the parents out there...at what age should siblings exchange gifts? Mine are 6 and 3....I think the 6 year old would understand, but maybe not the 3 year old...

Good question. My sister always has her kids pick out a gift specifically for Gabriel, but I always just pick out stuff for them and put his name on it. Maybe it's time to let him choose some things. But then again I asked him what he wanted to get Daddy this year and he said some special amazing shoes (uh?) and a bow tie...

Each year we all give each other 1 gift. Santa takes care of the rest.

My son was 6 when my daughter was born. He was able to pick out his first Christmas present to her without a problem. Of course, she couldn't pick out something for him, but I wrapped something and labeled it as being from her. My son still loved it. She was two when she picked the first present she gave him (with my "guidance"). She picked out her own for him when she was three and ever since.

My seven year old nephew gave his sister a gift on her birthday. It was actually something of his that he doesn't use anymore that he thought she would enjoy. Very touching! Something homemade would be nice.
