Wheat Free anyone?

Hi out there!

I started cutting wheat from my diet after skimming through the book "wheat belly" - thought it would be a temporary thing but now it seems like my body is sensitive to gluten, so I'm all in! I'm not actually finding it all that difficult to stick to, and feeling great.

Would love to connect with some other GF people with similar goals, i.e. women who are in this to get fit and super healthy!
