Help Wanted - Quick, Machine Based Weight Routine at Gym

Hi all! I recently re-joined my gym and would love some recommendations on a basic weight training routine to get me started! My goals are weight loss as well as toning/definition. I have weight trained in the past, but don't feel confident enough to set up the right routine for myself, as it's been a while.

To begin, I am planning to go three days a week, and add days as I can. I'd like to start off with about 15 minutes of cardio, then move to weights. I work very long hours so I am looking for maximum efficiency, in and out! I know there is no quick fix, but just need something easy to get me started and in a routine of going and seeing some results to keep me motivated!

I would prefer to use the machines, as there are more of them at this gym than free weights, and free weights seem to be monopolized during the times I will be going.

Your suggestions are VERY much appreciated!

I'm going to start going to the gym too... I'm thinking to start with group exercises and see how that goes... then move on to machines once i get my groove on.
