indigestion while exercising..?

I do about 45-60 minutes of cardio & dance a few hours after I eat breakfast. About ten minutes into my workout I start burping, I dont know how to explain them, they aren't necessarily regular burps from carbonation or being full. Its more that empty air feeling causing those burp/hiccups. Could it be from chugging water too quickly during the workouts? However, I dont seem to have this problem when I go for walks or go on the treadmill. I dont think it could be indigestion from breakfast, seeing as i eat 2-3 hours prior. Any insight?

    Don't know if this would help, but ChaLene Johnson said to wait a little bit
    before drinking water. If you drink your water right after, while your heart
    rate is high, you tend to drink a little faster and choke a little.
