Hi everyone!
I have been using Denise Austin's Hit the Spot Pilates for a few years now on and off and I love it because you can customize the workout! I don't know that it is challenging me like I would like, but I am afraid to purchase a new DVD without knowing if I will like it or not.
Has anyone used Denise Austin's Hit the Spot Pilates that has more advanced recommendations for a new Pilates DVD? Preferably a customizable one?
