I was reading some information on a website which I believe was called LeanGains.com. It was saying that one should focus on eating high carbs and low fat on lift days and high fat low carb on non-lift days. Opinions on this?

There are various methods of cycling. The simplest is to increase carbs on lifting days while keeping the other macros constant. This assumes you are getting adequate protein and fats.0
