My name is Page and I'm aiming to lose about 110 pounds. Something clicked a few weeks ago and I just decided that now is the time and I found MFP. I'm drinking plenty of water (cut out soda and coffee about a month ago), taking 2 mile walks five days a week at a brisk pace and strength training 3 times a week. Just the changes in the past two weeks have made me feel great and I've had my first ever weight loss of 3 pounds.
Adjusting what I eat to fit within my macros has been hard and has required a lot of change and is still a work in progress. I've been logging every day and, frankly, finding it really hard to get to my calorie goal every day. I'm worried now that I'm eating too few calories...but I haven't felt hungry or weak.
Would love to hear from some others with a lot to lose (or who have lost a lot) and how to get to that right balance of calories. So many of the stories on here are so inspirational and give me hope
