Hi Guys,
Just saying hello
I have started using MFP a week ago tomorrow. So far I am finding it helpful
Though I am having to find ways to use up more calories.
I find that if i try to eat all my calories, my protein will be over, or my carbs will be way over.
Like today i am about 25g under in fat, but i had a protein powder to up my protein, rather than the nuts i would normally have with my breakfast LOL
Its good though, it's all a learning process
I read somewhere here that you should be eating carbs, fat, protein 40/30/30 does anyone know what MFP sets it at automatically?
For now i am also enjoying reading through older posts and getting ideas
