Hey everyone, I'm about 5'7'' trying to go from 153 (current weight) to 135-140. I'd love to have more friends with similar goals... my home page has been pretty slow lately! (On second thought... I don't really care if our goals are all that similar. I would just like more support in general, haha.)
I also love to do workout DVDs (especially Jillian), so if that's your thing, let's motivate each other!
