Any diets that includes a cheat day and not too much exercis

I need a diet plan where I can incorporate a weekly cheat day/meal and that doesn't include too much exercise. I like to walk for 40mins 5-6 days a week,.. but not much other cardio or weights.

I've read other posts where they've included a cheat day - just try to stay close to your goals and take a break that day from exercise... all you can do is try it out for a month and see how adding a cheat day for you goes. :flowerforyou: Just remember to mark you food journal so that if things go odd on you that you know what and when.
