    a 30 minute lifting session every other day would give you ridiculous results.

    i think she means "amazing" results, you wont bulk if u eat at a deficit and ur a lady so u wont look like a man at all, you'll get more definition better body composition. its the best thing you can ever do to your body....lift and lift heavy!
