HI ALL,
I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "Cleaning, light, moderate effort" AND "Cleaning, heavy, vigorous effort".
DOSE WASHING DISHES, MOPING WITH HANDS THE WHOLE HOUSE, AND MAKING LAUNDRY IS CLEANING LIGHT.
AND CARING COUCHS AND MOVE IT AROUND IS IT CLEANING HEAVY.
PLEASE I JUST WANT TO KNOW. ANYONE KNOWS PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME.
THANK U

I just cleaned my house yesterday and I did what I consider to be a normal cleaning - bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming. I put it as light house cleaning.
I would say if you mopped the house with your hands, that would be more vigorous...IMO.
Hope this helps!0 -
light to moderate- your moving about, and its little effort
vigorous- your breaking a sweat, out of breath etc- it takes a lot out of you in other words.0
