before I started to work at home, I used to slice abig carrot into smaller pieces and bring it with me to work for lunch. I snacked on it thorough the day andit was super filling while staying pretty low on calories.
You can also start the day with a hardboiled egg for breakfast, it usually fills me nicely.0 -
Do you exercise? If so, I suggest eating back your calories. To answer you question...
1) chicken, turkey, and other lean sources of protein
2) whole eggs (yes...whole. everyone needs fat)
3) popcorn
4) fruit --apples, bananas, oranges, and pears are great for on the go snacks
5) oatmeal --delicious and nutritious, need i say more?
6) salads --add beans, seeds, nuts, and olive oil with vinegar for dressing
7) fish a few times a week
8) greek yogurt
9) baby carrots and hummus make a great snack
10) protein shakes/bars --great if you're short on time0 -
Raw fruit and vegetables. Any food in those categories.0

eggs
whole rolled oats
quinoa
whole grains
cottage cheese and other cheeses
greek yogurt
skim milk, soy milk, almond milk,
turkey, chicken, fish and other lean meats
fresh fruits and veggies
Side note and just my opinion. 1200 is too low. You might want to do some research on it.0 -
Thank you everyone!0
