What's on your dinner table this week?

I draw up a menu once a week. It helps me make good food choices, makes it much easier to get dinner on the table at night and keeps the budget in check at the grocery store (no impulse buys).
Sooooo.... today I'm working on my menu for next week and I'd love to hear what some other people are enjoying these days. I'd love to shake it up a little.
In case anyone is anyone is also looking for meal ideas, here is what was on our dinner menu this week:
Sunday: Chicken Marsala with green beans
Monday: Whole chicken, cut up and grilled (homemade Peruvian sauce on the side), steamed broccoli with a pat of butter and side salad
Tuesday: Slow cooked Ropa Vieja (yum. so good I'm having it again for lunch today) with side salad
Wednesday: bone-in Chicken breast with carrot juice sauce and steamed broccoli
Thursday: Shrimp scampi with whole wheat pasta and side salad

I actually meal planned this week which doesn't always happen. This week was and is:
Sunday - Spinach Lasagna Rolls (recipe from Skinnytaste) and broiled garlic pita
Monday - Hamburgers, french fries and corn for the family while I went with Turkey Burger, Quinoa mixed with tomato, avocado, corn, black beans and cilantro dressing.
Tuesday - Quesadillas/wraps .. again, my version slightly different than the rest of the family.
Wednesday - Bowtie Pasta mixed with spinach, chicken and cheese with garlic bread
Thursday - Mahi Mahi with a ginger glaze, green beans with almonds and rice.
That's as far as I've gotten.0 -

Tue - Baked tilapia, mac-n-cheese & green beans
Wed - Pork roast, taters & carrots in crock pot
Thur - Tortilla crusted tilapia, lettuce salad & steamed broccoli (date night so this will be restaurant food)
Fri - Undecided yet, maybe deer backstrap in the crock pot with grilled mixed veggies0 -
Moussaka .... except my grocery delivery didn't have any aubergines (eggplant) doh!!
Pesto chicken with red onion, celery, mushrooms and broccoli
Thai coconut curry - seafood, red cabbage, yellow pepper, petit pois peas, mushrooms.0
