Why don't you give Boxing or Kick Boxing a try. It's a great high intensity work out and a stress reliever.0

I eyeball instead of measuring fairly often AND I cheat samples at the store, tastes of my kids' food, etc.
This is how I got fat, snacking and not counting it as anything and eating regular meals on top.
If you want results you need to measure and count EVERYTHING.0 -
Thanks for all the advice. Here is a question: does anyone make a menu for themselves with measured out quantities & not much change day to day, to lessen the amount of work when preparing meals? I mean its not so much measuring quantities that gets me, as deciding how much of what to eat & when. Does anyone have a good meal plan or tool to make one?0
