In Need of a Pick-Me-Up

So, I just recently started my new fitness and healthy lifestyle journey; I'm in the middle of week two. I'm hitting a bit of a wall when it comes to completing my fitness routines and I need a bit of a pick-me-up. I skipped two of my workouts on Sunday (for shame), but so far this week I've done pretty well. I've been procrastinating when completing my workouts though... I guess I just know me, ya know? I can feel that I'm starting to hit a rough patch and I wanna get out of it before it gets too bad. Any words of support or encouragement would be very much appreciated!
