Stuck in a rut, Need some Friends for motivation!!

I have lost 20 pounds since June when I started to run, never ran in my life!! Love it now but now I am stuck at 157 I am 5 4 any help??

    Change it up! Your body gets used to things after a 3 week period. Switch your workouts to more strength training with light cardio afterwards! If you don't have a gym, make your own circuit. (lunges, pushups, sit ups, leg raises, calf raises, etc)
  • I agree with the strength training thing! The best way to slim down is to change your body fat percentage... more muscle means less fat, and the more calories your body will burn at rest. If weights are intimidating, there are some good bodyweight exercises that can get you on the right track, like push ups and (modified) pull ups.
