I fell off again...

I'm determined and focused and I want to lose this weight more than anything. But something happens, and all of a sudden I lose my focus and my "I can do it" attitude, and it's a downward spiral from there. I have a lot of stressors in my life and I believe I am truly a food addict. I know what I need to do, and I can do it. I just need some people who may be in the same situation as me. I started MFP in March 2012, and have lost 30 lbs up until the end up September and I gained back 11 lbs. I know I've still lost and I still know I want to keep losing, but I need some friends to help!
I am looking for friends who log in everyday, who want to inspire me to keep doing this, and who have an open food diary. I prefer females and women who have more than 50 lbs to lose or women who have already met their goals!
Add me as a friend with a message if you'd think we'd make a good team

Hi Amanda,
same happened to me, I first started MFP last year December, did great for 2 months and then got sick for a week and it was excuses after excuses after that, my weight went back up. I finally got my butt back into gear at the end of September this year. My highest weight was 236, when I started logging again it was 225. I am currently at 195 with a goal weight of 135. I just turned 31 years old last week, have a 10 year old boy, a husband and a very busy job but I log my food fanatically and have been doing about 40 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week. I have been too scared to do anything else at the gym Two weeks ago I started the "Couch to 5K" program and it's moving along slowly but hey, it's moving. I do not have any MFP buddies but would love to!

It's hard to maintain the focus because it is so much fun to eat bad!! But daily logging and encouragement will help!0

Hey, when I started I had about 25-30 pounds to lose and now I have about 15-20 to be in my goal range. I have lost this weight many times and gained it back just as many. I know exactly what you mean about losing that "can do" attitude and struggling to keep going. With every gain, I think I've learned something about myself and about this journey and I take heart that I have kept going. I am very scared and losing this weight again, because I do not want to gain it back again. I log on every day and am so thankful for a supportive community here. I'm pretty new to MFP (10 days so far) and am looking for support and to be supportive. It makes this journey so much easier. Anyone who feels the same can feel free to add me Keep up the good work!0
