Hi All,
I used to always have a flat stomach (pan-cake flat) but for the past 2 years I have noticed it isn't as flat anymore and I am seeing little love handles forming (makes me cry everytime I even have to look at it)
Please has anyone got any advice on exercises I can do to get rid of this extra fat and have my perfectly flat stomach back? I have been eating well for ages now and slowly losing weight, but no matter how hard I try my stomach just seems to stay the same (I never used to put weight on my stomach until now) It's making me depressed!!:brokenheart:

work you abs and then do cardio that has helped me a lot0

Variety is key. I have found that to be true more so with the abs, than with any other target area.
I use various machines at the gym (Torso Twist, Abdominal Curl...) but I also do exercises at home. I've found that Fitness Magazine has a pretty good variety of at-home exercises and workouts to do. The most important thing is to make sure you mix it up!
