I am a 37-year-old mother of three (kids of 7 and 5 years and 6 months). Just before having our third kid I gained - for no apparent reason - 20 kg out of the blue. There was no real change in my lifestyle or eating. I have always been overweight, but it really baffled me, especially considering the fact that I was training twice a week and I was also monitoring what I eat (no real calorie counting but just not eating senselessly). So at 112kg I decided to do something about it.

I am still considering seeing a doctor (maybe there is a medical reason behind such outrageous weight gain) but I figured s/he would ask for some nutrition log for some recent weeks, so I thought I will keep track. I found this marvelous app for Androids and joined up. I have used it for two days now and I am still in awe how easy it all seems to be.

Feel kind of better already. At least I am doing SOMETHING.

But any support is welcome. I have a LONG way ahead of me but I intend to make things right. I do have three small kids and they need me around...
