Just wanted to say "hi".

I turned 31 yesterday and decided it was time to get in shape again. (been planning for about 2 months to start this).

I'm a former serious martial artist but got married, started renovating a house, and quit martial arts about 4 years ago. Needless to say I went from holding around 190-200 to 228 over the last few years.

I'm 6' and have a desk job. My only "activities" are I spend about 1 hour a week riding horses.

So I started p90 (not p90x, yet) yesterday and between that and this site I want to get in the 180-190 range again over the next year.

Love this site (can already tell the 1-2 beers a night need to get cut WAY back) :-D Now we just need an Android app.
