    That is fantastic, I bet you feel so good. That is 10lbs a month for 11 months!!! I've been losing 10lbs a month for 4 months but it seems to be slowing down, knowing you have managed to maintain it for 11 months is the motivation I need, thanks for posting.

    And I've just got into cycling myself too!!
