New study shows that an increasing number of teens are changing their diets, supplementing protein, and lifting weights in an effort to gain muscle.

    I wasn't supplementing protein, but when I was a teen I was such a jock chick. I ate super healthy and was in amazing shape. It was college that brought on all of the deviant behavior...

  • Aside from the body image pressures, I guess it must be getting 'cool' to look ripped and muscular.
  • Not all that surprised, practically all my guy friends (that are teens) are trying to bulk up and almost all the girls in my school have attempted dieting.
