OKAY IM A LITTLE CONFUSED STILL HOW THE MESSAGE BOARDS AND FORUMS DIFFER THINK I GET THE BLOG THING SO I HOPE THIS IS GOING TO THE SUCCESS STORIES! I STARTED EATING HEALTHY AND MAKING HUGE CHANGES IN MY DIET AND STARTED WORKING OUT LIKE CRAZY TRACKING EVERYTHING I ATE AND DID WITH MFP AND SINCE I STARTED I HAVE LOST 15 LBS I LOOOOOVE MFP AND THE COMMUNITY HERE! IT HAS INSPIRED ME SO MUCH THAT I STARTED A FACEBOOK PAGE FIT 4 LIFE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LIKE AND FOLLOW ME! IT HAS PICTURES AND TIPS TO HELP MOTIVATE YOU AND SHOW YOU WHAT HELPS KEEP ME ON TRACK AND MY PERSON JOURNEY I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE WHAT TO EAT OR HOW JUST WHAT HAS WORKED FOR ME! I HAVE SMALL REALISTIC GOALS FROM DAILY WEEKLY TO MONTHLY AND I KNOW TOGETHER WE CAN ALL REACH OUR GOALS!
