30 day shred and soreness help

I just finished day 7 of level one. I was a tad sore after the second day but nothing since then. That normal? Should I move up a level?

Haven't noticed any weight loss but I hear that's normal also.

Any input would be great from 30ds grads !

    Muscle soreness or DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) will lessen as you continue to stress your muscles. Don't take the lack of DOMS as a sign of anything. As long as you know that you are doing more than you did last week (training-wise) then you are fine.

    I was sore after day 3-4 then I was ok...

    i was sore the first few days then i developed a shoulder injury.

    I just finished day 14 I'm not sore. I've been going back and forth b/t L1 and L2 (I did L3 once). I haven't really lost any weight either but my stomach looks flatter. I'm almost half way there.
