Present day - 307 pounds
I think Duncan Yo-Yo Company should get a hold of me - I'd be a great spokesperson!
Now I am back on myfitnesspal after being away for months and months. I have tried other methods, but charting your menu and your exercise is a must and I sometimes have a hard time convincing myself of that.
Anyway, I am back and committed to beating this monster once and for all!!
