Personalized ticker question

I realize that this should be posted somewhere else but, in a support forum, I thought that someone would read this and think to help me since I am so confused. I have only been on this website for about 4 days now.
I have a ticker and I do know how to personalize it but, it won't work for me. I tried adding my own picture but, it adds it to the far left side of the ticker... it won't stretch to fit all the way to the right hand side. I don't know why it won't do it since I did it myself in the image preview before I clicked continue. Does anyone have any suggestions or want to tell me that I am an idiot and did it completely wrong? Anything will help! Thanks!
