Feeling hungry/spacey

I used to be a heavy breakfast consumer. I'd split breakfast into two meals because I woke up so early. Unfortunately, that factoid about how eating more at breakfast will make you eat less later has never been true for me. I'll eat big meals all day if I can.

This time around, I'm eating much less at all meals. However, I managed to eat a 150-calorie breakfast this morning. I had to quickly eat a banana before walking to lunch so that I wouldn't feel too ill. These days, I typically eat a 250 calorie breakfast, but I still don't feel great.

For others who are cutting calories, do you feel spacey or too hungry while you're achieving your goals? I've been at this for 1.5 weeks now, and I've got a long way to go. I'm hoping this is something that I will settle into.
