Different Weight-Lifting Routines

For the past several months I have been running. I love it. It gets me going, and I keep going.

I understand the benefits of weight-lifting, but spending 1 and a half hours in the gym two times a week to lift dumbbells and barbells is becoming a chore. I have been following Kara Goucher's plan, and while I am sure it is doing some good, I need something new before I burn out.

Ideas for what to switch out to?
