Late night snacks

So I'm someone who works out pretty late at night, say around 10 or 11pm. I'm usually pretty hungry after my workout, but don't wan't to eat a ton of food right before bed. What are some things that you guys recommend to satisfy my late night, post workout craving?

    i like to drink a lot of water and have some kind of fruit bananas in particular...it will tide you over till morning so u dont feel hungry all night

    Any healthy meal containing a balance of lean protein and healthy fats with plenty of fruits and vegetables for carbs, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to help repair the muscles and reduce inflammation. Just exercise portion control, and aim to eat as soon as you can after your workout, ideally don't wait until you have stretched, driven home, showered because the enzymes involved in repair and replenishment are most active in the window right after your workout. There is no magic food that is right for late at night just nutrient dense wholefoods. If you are trying to bulk or intend to train hard again the following day have whey as your protein, perhaps in the form of a spinach and berry smoothie.
