Hey everyone, my names sharleen i'm a first time proud mummy who is looking to make a life style change - I've always had issues with my weight since i was alittle girl but i'm at my biggest i've ever been. I'm looking for people who are like me...looking to drop pounds and make friends.

I've tried Diets i've tried to starve myself and found that i've always put the weight right back on and with vengeance so this time i'm going to do it right, lots of healthy foods and exercise.

But i'm like most of you, i need people to help me stay focused and also people i can help to stay focused.
