How do i loose weght and tone my legs/bum?!

So i really have no idea bout different excersizes and stuff like that, i manage to loose 1-2lb a week from just eating healthier.. however i am loosing the weight off my belly ( which i dont really want to be doing.. ) the area where im bigger is my bum and thighs, can anyone tell me the best things to be doing to loose weight off my thighs and to tone my bum as its quite big and i dont want it to go flabby!!?

Any help would be greatly appriciated lol :)

Im 5'9 and three quarters.......
female and i have a medium frame!

    You cant spot reduce. The fat will come off wherever it comes off first, no exercise can direct the fat loss to your thighs.

    But some good cardio that will really work your leg and butt muscles are jump rope, inclined tredmill, plyometrics.

    SQUAT!! Screw the treadmill girl, get on those heavy squats and have the legs of a goddess

    Squats/leg press/lunges/straight leg deadlifts/lying ham curls/standing ham curls.

    And a diet to cut the body fat off you. If you don't train you MAY find you gain a little muscle as you diet.

    As for toning it doesn't exist - you either build muscle (calorie surplus) or lose fat (calorie deficit).

    get a solid diet plan and do squats
