Okay so im in utter amazement of the reults you ladies got in the before and after pics of "heavy lifting" and i am so going to try it out, i have never ever lifted a weight in my life.
Will NROL4W be a good starting point for me? I am going to do it from home as my boyfriend has some weights here - could anyone tell me the equipment ill need - is it anything other than dumbells and barbells? I am going to order the book in a min.
Any advice would be great thank so much and wow at all of your results they are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
