how many trips to the gym in a week

I'm new at the going to the gym so my question is this a good routine to do. Mon. Wed and Fri. I do the arc trainer 30 min, bike 30 min. and walk 30 mins along with the weight training. Then on tues and thur I just do the arc trainer , bike and walk. Is this ok. I can see the difference already and can breath so much better. I have asthma which is under control and gives me no problems working out. Also, do other gyms keep it so hot. It's so hot where I go I think I'm going to die. I ask every time please turn a fan on so we can breath.
