Help Please...stuck at 154 for 2.5 weeks :(

I have been stuck at 154 since the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving. I have been pretty strict with my daily caloric intake. My schedule is as follows:

Sunday - 1200 ; Monday - 1200 ; Tuesday - 1200 ; Wednesday - 1550 ; Thursday - 1200 ; Friday - 1200 ; Saturday - 1750

So far, I have been successful with my weight loss. I am down just over 30 lbs since the end of July. I have a hard time finding time for exercise, but I do manage 15-30 minutes of heart pumping dance routines 2-3 times per week. I know I should exercise more, but it is not feasible at this time.

My stats - 26 year old female, 5'6", 154 lbs

How can I get my weight loss going again?
