Trouble Staying on Track....

Ladies...
I'm having some trouble. I started on here back in August at 141lbs. In October I weighed 135lbs,, and now, Dec.6, I weigh 141.4lbs. I lead a fairly active life style - but I eat a lot of crap... I'm back to square one. And it sucks! Anyone else having trouble keeping the weight off?
PS. I'm 27, and I've weighed between 130-140lbs since I was 13 years old.. A few years ago, I maintained 120 lbs and I did that for a couple of years. I felt my best at 120 lbs. At that point, I ate great, and worked out consistenly, and I loved it! I remember I could eat treats too once in a while and still maintain. My goal is to get back there. I'm just having trouble. Looking for some mfp supporters!

I am older so taking the weight off is really hard.... keeping it off is also very hard.... I just started this diet again on November 25... I have lost 5 pounds but I am not eating enough to keep a bird alive...lol.... I have 20 to go... wish me luck :-)0
