What would you set your calories for the day if you were:

Female
38 yrs old
Desk Job 5 days a week
5' 3/4" tall
currently weighed 150 pds
walked 30 minutes 3 times a week

    1. Let MFP calculate your daily goals.
    2. Use sedentary as your daily activity.
    3. Set to 1/2 pound a week weight loss.
    4. When you do your exercise, log it in MFP.
    5. Eat back about half to 3/4 of the extra calories earned.

    I went to fitnessfrog.com tdee calculator. I figured out what my calories for my ultimate goal weight with no exercise. Then I deducted 100 calories. That is what I am having. Let me know if I need to change it. :flowerforyou:
