Lean Proteins?

I am efforting to increase my protein intake preferably, if possible, without greatly impacting my fat and especially carb intake -- my current macros are 40/30/30 (daily percentage goal of carbs/protein/fat). Suggestions?

- chicken or turkey
- eggs
- cheese
- yogurt
- cottage cheese
- white fish (e.g., tilapia, flounder, cod)
- [your suggestion here]

Protein powder is an easy way to get some extra protein in when you're not going to reach your macro goals otherwise. Also, really any kind of lean non-processed meat is a good way to get protein. There are plenty of lean steaks. Buffalo is another good option.

All meat. Pork tender loin is fairly low fat and inexpensive, not to mention yummie.

    Soy beans (edamame).

Why only white fish? I love wild salmon and eat it every week.

    Quest bars.
