New HRM w/watch

Hi there, first time starting a topic! I just got a new HRM w/watch and I am wondering if anyone has the same one and can help me figure it out. It is a Isokinetics Inc. Heart Rate Monitor Watch - With Chest Strap. I don't understand a couple of the functions since I am really new to trying to firgure out close to accurate calories burned during cardio and Pump Class.
I am trying to figure out if I can set it so that when I work out it will show at the end what my average HR was for that time. Does that make sense?
I appreciate any help you have!:flowerforyou:

I just looked on the website and this is what it says:
•Exercise Timer
◦Resolution: 1 second
◦Measuring Range: 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds
What does this mean?? Again I am new to this stuff so I am not sure what a REsolution: 1 second means etc...0
