Easy and delicious lunch...or desert

As I rushed out the door this morning, I realized I didn't have any time to make a lunch. I grabbed whatever I could find while still making good choices. I ended up with a small banana, Fiber One vanilla yogurt and 100 calorie pack of Emerald cocoa almonds. At lunch time, I wondered what it would be like all mixed together.....I put the yogurt in a bowl, sliced the banana, and crushed up the almonds and sprinkled on top. It was delicious! All together it was 240 calories, 8 grams of fat and 18 sugar. Not bad for lunch on the go but I will treat it as desert next time!
